Preparation & ingredients
- 1 Cup spicy Sev
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1/4 Cup coriander Chopped
Recipe:
Take a pan, heat it, put 1 Teaspoons oil, 1 spoon cumin seeds, pinch of Asafoitida, 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric powder, 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder, 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala, add onion & tomato, 1 Teaspoon spoon Ginger Garlic paste, saute it. Add 2 Cups water, 1 spoon salt, 1 tbsp Tamarind juice, boil it for 5 minutes. While serve add sev & serve immediately & eat, else it will be soggy.
Tip: You can use lemon juice instead of tamarind juice.
