- 2 Cup Spring onions washed & thinly chopped
- 1 Cup Besan
- 1 Teaspoon each Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Sugar, Lemon juice, Ginger & Garlic paste
- 3 Green Chillies coarsely ground
Mix all the ingredients in one bowl, except spring onions, put 2 cups of water & make a thick batter
Recipe
Take a pan, add 2 spoons oil, heat it, add 1 spoon Mustard & cumin seeds, 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder, a pinch of Asafoitida , add spring onions & saute for 2 mins, then cook with lid on slow flame for 3 mins, add the batter & stir it for 2 mins ,put a lid & cook for 5 mins on the slow flame. It’s ready , garnish it with coriander & serve hot.
