Ingredients for TilGul Wadi:
- 1 Cup Til
- 1/4 Cup Peanuts
- 1 Cup Grated Jaggery
- 1 Tablespoon Ghee
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut
- A pinch of Salt
Recipe:
Take a pan roast Til, Peanuts, Desiccated Coconut separately for 6 to 8 mins on slow flame. Take out in a plate.
Coarsely Grind Til, Peanuts. Take out in a plate.
In the same pan, put Ghee & heat it, once it melts, add Jaggery and melt it. Once it boils, switch off the gas stove. Add all the above ingredients. Mix it well. Take a flat plate or small tray, apply little ghee & put this mixture in a plate. Make it flat with spatula & hands. Once it’s little settled, cut it into the pieces. It’s ready to eat.
