Preparations & Ingredients:
- 2 bowl chopped Tondli
- 2 Tablespoons Greated coconut/Naral kavlela
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Coriander / Kothimbir chirun
- 1 spoon salt/Mith
- 1 spoon Sugar/Sakhar
- 1 spoon Ginger Galic paste/Ala lasun thecha
- 1/2 Lemon juice
For seasoning
- 2 spoon oil
1 spoon Mustard seeds/Mohori - 1 spoon Cumin seeds/ Jeera
- 2 pinch of Asafoitida/ Hind
- 4/5 Curry leaves/ Kadhipatta pane
Take Tindli in a Pan, add water till it covers and put it on the gas stove, Boil it till it becomes semi cooked. Shijayacha adhi kadha, strain it/Pani kadhun taka, make it little cool & dry .
Recipe
Take a pan put oil make it hot & add all the ingredients for seasoning, when its sputtering, put tindli, toss it gently, add coconut, coriander, add lemon juice & serve hot with chapati 😋😋
