Tindli Fry | Ivy gourd Fry | Tondlyachi Bhaji

Preparations & Ingredients:

  • 2 bowl chopped Tondli
  • 2 Tablespoons Greated coconut/Naral kavlela
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Coriander / Kothimbir chirun
  • 1 spoon salt/Mith
  • 1 spoon Sugar/Sakhar
  • 1 spoon Ginger Galic paste/Ala lasun thecha
  • 1/2 Lemon juice

For seasoning

  • 2 spoon oil
    1 spoon Mustard seeds/Mohori
  • 1 spoon Cumin seeds/ Jeera
  • 2 pinch of Asafoitida/ Hind
  • 4/5 Curry leaves/ Kadhipatta pane

Take Tindli in a Pan, add water till it covers and put it on the gas stove, Boil it till it becomes semi cooked. Shijayacha adhi kadha, strain it/Pani kadhun taka, make it little cool & dry .

Recipe

Take a pan put oil make it hot & add all the ingredients for seasoning, when its sputtering, put tindli, toss it gently, add coconut, coriander, add lemon juice & serve hot with chapati 😋😋
