Veg Cutlet
Preparation & Ingredients
- 4 Boiled & mashed potatoes
- 1 Green Capsicum chopped
- 1/2 Cup Corn Karnels
- 1/2 Cup Green peas peas
- 1/2 Carrot chopped
- 8 Beans chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger &
- Garlic paste each
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Power
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander & Cumin powder
Recipe
Boil all the vegetables except potatoes & onion. Take a bowl add all the vegetables & all the above ingredients, mix it well. Add 1 Tablespoon Corn flour, mix it well, make equal balls 20 nos. Make Cutlets & coat it with bread crumps. Keep it aside.
Take a griddle, make it hot, put oil, put 6 to 8 Cutlets, roast it till golden brown, take out in a plate, serve hot with chutneys & Tomato Ketchup, enjoy with family & friends.
