Veg Penne Pasta
Ingredients & preparation
- 2 Cup Penne Pasta, put in a large pot add water 6 times more then the pasta, pinch of salt, 2 Tablespoon oil, boil it till it becomes tender. Drain it & keep aside to cool.
- 1 Carrot chopped
- 1/2 Capsicum chopped
- 2 Big Tomato chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Cup corn Karnels
Seasoning
- 2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Butter
- 2 Teaspoon coarsely ground Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon coarsely ground Ginger
- 2 Teaspoon Chilliflex
- 1/4 Teaspoon Coarsely ground paper
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 2 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
2 Cup Tomato paste Sauce
Recipe
Take a large pot, add oil make it hot, add butter , put all the above Seasonings one by one, put all the above vegetables & saute for 2 mins, add Tomato pasta sauce, add boiled pasta, saute for 2 mins, add 1 Cup mozzarella cheese, mix it well, serve hot & eat.
Tomato Besil Soup
Preparations & ingredients
- 1/2 kg Tomatoes cubed
- 1 potato cubed
- 1 onions cubed
- 1″ Ginger chopped
- 8 paper karnels
- 1 spoon salt & sugar each
- Few leaves of Basil
Take all the above ingredients, add 6 Cups water & make 2 whistles in pressure cooker. Take out a drain it with large coriander, make it cool.
Put the mixture in a mixer add all the above ingredients & ground it till smooth paste.
Take a large pan, put remaining water which a separated while draining (Tomato water) & add tomato paste, boil it for 10 mins on slow flame. Add 1 spoon Butter & 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli powder. Boil it for 10mins on slow flame. Serve hot put basil leaves & enjoy eating
