  • 1 Cup Vari tandul or Samo Rice

Recipe

Wash Vari/Samo with water 3 times ,take out water & put it in cooker with 2 Cups water & take 2 whistles, same like making rice

๐ƒ๐š๐ง๐ฒ๐š๐œ๐ก๐ข ๐€๐ฆ๐ญ๐ข/๐๐ž๐š๐ง๐ฎ๐ญ ๐€๐ฆ๐ญ๐ข/๐†๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ง๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐€๐ฆ๐ญ๐ข

  • 1 Cup roasted ground nuts powder ( Danayachi koot)
  • 2 Table spoon grated coconut
  • 1 tab spoon Tamarind paste
  • Put above 3 ingredient in a mixer & make a paste with 1/2 cup water
  • 2 table spoons Jaggery ( Gud)
  • 1& 1/3 spoon salt
  • 1 spoon Ghee for Seasoning ( Fodni/ Tadka)
  • 4/5 chopped green chillies
  • 1 spoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 Table spoons chopped Coriander

Recipe

Take pan, make it hot on the gas stove, put Ghee, green chillies, cumin seed, once it crackles. Pour the mixture of ground nut in it. Put 1 liter water approximately, the consistency has to be like Amti ( Marathi Dal) . Put tamarind paste, jaggery & salt. Make it boil for 10 mins & garnish with chopped coriander. It’s ready to serve.

๐€๐ง๐š๐ง๐š๐ฌ๐š๐œ๐ก๐ข ๐Š๐จ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฆ๐›๐ข๐ซ/๐๐ข๐ง๐ž๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ž ๐’๐š๐ฅ๐š๐

  • 1 small tin or fresh Anananas or pineapple
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1 spoon Sugar
  • 1/2 spoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Coriander chopped
  • 3 green chillies chopped into small pieces

Recipe

Mix All the ingredients in one bowl & rest it for 15 mins to get good taste.

Ananasachi Koshimbir is ready to serve & eat

  • 4 Banana’s
  • 1 Table spoons Ghee (Clarified Butter)
  • 1 Cup greated coconut
  • 4 spoon Sugar/Jaggery
  • 1/2 spoon of Cardamom & Nutmeg Powder ( Elaichi or Velchi & Jaifal)
  • 1 pinch of salt optional

Recipe

Take a pan, make it hot on the gas stove, put Ghee, Chop Bananas for stuffing (that type of cut), make a mixture of Coconut, Sugar, Cardamom & Nutmeg powder, in chopped bananas stuff this mixture and put in pan on ghee, stir it very carefully, else Banana will break, add little salt, in 5 mins on slow gas it will cook well.

Take it out, serve it ready to eat.
