Flowers Tomato Batata Bhaji

  • 1 Cup each cauliflower, Tomato, Batata cubed
    1/4 Vati Kothimbir

Seasoning

  • 1 spoon Oil
  • 1 pinch Asafoitida/ Hing
  • 1/2 spoon Haldi
  • 1 spoon each Mustard & Cumin seeds
  • 1 spoon Red Chilli powder

Recipe
Take a Utensil, make it hot & make seasoning, add Vegetables
Add the above ingredients, cook it on the slow flame for 10 mins. Garnish with Coriander & serve hot 😊😊

Masurachi Amti

Preparations & ingredients

  • 1 Cup cooked whole Masur
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 Vati Coriander
  • 1 spoon Jaggery
  • 1 spoon Tamrind paste
  • 1 spoon Dhane Jeera powder

Seasoning

  • 1 spoon Oil
  • 1 pinch Asafoitida/Hing
  • 1/2 spoon Haldi
  • 1/4 spoon Fenugreek/Methi che dane
  • 1 spoon each Mustard & Cumin seeds
  • 1 spoon Red Chilli powder

Recipe
Make a seasoning on a pot & add Masur , pour 3 Vati water, other ingredients, Boil it for 10mins on the slow flame, ready to serve & garnish with Coriander & eat
