Paneer Shahi
- 500 gms soft Paneer, washed & Cubed
- 1/2 Cup fresh cream whisked
For Gravy
- 5 Tomatoes chopped
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- Put all the ingredients & make a paste
- Take 15 Cashews & put 2 Tablespoon Water in a mixer & make a paste
Recipe
Take a pan, put 2 Teaspoon oil & 1 Tablespoon Butter, heat it, add 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds, 1 Bay leaf, 2 cardamoms, 2 Cloves, 1″ Cinnamon, 4 Black pepper karnels, 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric powder, 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
1 Pinch Asafoetida, soute for 2 mins.
Add Tomato paste, add Cashews paste ,stir it, add 1 Cup Milk & give one boil, add paneer & soute it for 2 mins. Pour fresh cream & mix it well cook for 1 mins & ready to serve
Tomato Saar
- 500gms Tomato , boil it , drain & put in a mixer once it’s cold
- add 1 Green chilli
- 1″ Ginger
- 2 Teaspoon Jaggery
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon grated coconut fresh
- 1 Tablespoon roasted Peanuts powder
- Put all the above ingredients in a mixer & make a smooth paste.
Recipe
Take a pan, add 2 Teaspoon oil, make it hot, add 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds, 1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds, 1 pinch of Asafoetida, 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder, 8 to 10 Curry leaves, once the tampering is ready add the smooth pasted & leftover waters from tomatoes, boil it for 5 mins.
Garnish with Coriander & ready to serve.
