Amaranthus Flour Roti/ Rajgira Roti
Preparation & Ingredients
- 1 Cup Amarathus Flour / Rajgira Atta
- 1 Tablespoon Arrowroot Powder
- A pinch of Salt
- Look warm water as needed to make dough.
Recipe
Take a parat or a plate, add all the above ingredients, mix it well, add little water & kneed a dough. Make dough like a chalati. Roll it & roast in on the grillde/ Tawa till golden brown. Apply little ghee / Clarified butter, serve hot & eat with favorite foods with your family & friends π
Saffon Shrikhand –
Preparation & Ingredients
- 2 kg Curd/Dahi, for making Overnight hung curd/chakka (previous night take a muslin cloth, make it wet with water, add curd, make a potli, tie with rope & hang it high, let the extra water come out) it becomes semi soild, chakka is ready
- 1 kg Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Saffton & 1/2 Cup hot Milk , mix it & use it after 5 mins to get good texture, colour, taste & fragrance for Shrikhand
- 1 TeaSpoon Cardamom & Nutmeg powder ( velchi wa jaiphal )
Recipe
Take a large Bowl
Mix all the ingredients one by one & fold it gently. Keep it in a refrigerator for 2 hrs to get perfectly done. Ready to serve & eatππ
Upwas special Cucumber Raita
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Curd/Dahi
- 1 Cucumber/Kakdi chopped
- 1/ 4 Cup Coriander/ Kothimbir chopped
- 3 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black or pink salt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Roasted Peanut Powder/ Shengdana Koot
- 1 Jeera power roasted & coarsely ground/ Jeere bhajun bharda
Recipe
Whisk curd make it smooth in one bowl, add all the ingredients one by one, fold it nicely. Garnish with Coriander & ready to serve & eat, Enjoy ππ
Upwas special Batatayachi Bhaji
Preparations & ingredients
- 5 Boiled Potatoes, take out a skil & cut into the cubes
- 1 spoon Chopped Ginger
- 2 Tablespoon Roasted Peanuts Powder
- 6/8 chopped greens chillies
- 1/4 Vati chopped Coriander
- Season- Recipe given
- 1 spoon salt & sugar each
- 2 Tablespoons oil
Recipe
Take a pan, heat in on the gas stove, put oil & make a seasoning
Add ginger, potatoes, roasted peanut powder, sugar, salt & stir fry, make a gas on slow flame & cook it for 5 min, garnish it with Coriander, ready to serve and eat ππ
Sabudana Khichadi
Preparations & ingredients
- 1 Vati Sabudana, washed 3 times & take out a water , soak overnight. It becomes double the quantity.
- 1/ 2 Vati Coriander chopped
- 1/2 Vati Grated coconut
- 1 Boiled Large Potato cubed
- 1 spoon salt
- 1 spoon sugar
- 4 Roased Ground nuts powder/ Danyache kut
Seasoning
- 2 Spoons Clarified Butter/ Pure Ghee/Tup
- 1 spoon Cumin seeds/Jeera
- 5 Green chillies chopped
Recipe
Take a pan, heat it on the gas stove, Put ghee, let it melt. Put Cumin seeds/Jeera, green chillies, let it splutter, add potatoes & fry it, then add sabudana, sugar, salt & groundnuts powder, stir it for 2/3 mins, cover it with lid for 5 mins on slow gas. ready to serve, Garnish with coconut & Coriander & ready to eat ππ
Upwas special Naralachi chutneys
- 1/2 grated coconut
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Coriander
- 1 Teaspoon Salt & sugar each
- 2 Tablespoon Shengdana Koot
- 1 spoon Jeera
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 4 green chillies
Recipe
Put all the above ingredients in a mixer & coarsely ground. It’s ready to serve
