Vegetable Thali

Sheera | Sweet Semolina | Rawa Sheera | Suji ka Halwa

Preparation & Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/2 Cup Semolina / Rawa
  • 1 & 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Clarified Butter/ Sajuk Tup / Pure Ghee
  • 1 Teaspoon Cardamom powder/ Velchi/ Elaichi Powder
  • 1 Pinch of Saffron/ Kesar
  • 1 Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 Cup Raisin
  • 1/4 Cup Milk / Dudh ( room temperature)
  • 3 Cup water

Optional- Dry fruit Masala

Recipe
Take a large pot, make it hot, put Clarified Butter/ Ghee, once it melts add semolina & keep roasting for 5 minutes on medium flame. Once it golden brown, put water, keep saute it till it become smooth, avoid forming lumps, add sugar & saute it, fold it gently, give one steam with lid. After 2 mins, while this put Saffron in hot milk for 30 seconds to 1 min in microwave, take out a lid from semolina, add Saffron milk, cardamom powder, salt, raisins & dry fruit masala, keep stirring, again put a lid & give a steam for 5 mins. One it becomes near to solid, switch off the gas, take it on a serving bowl or plate, garnish it with saffron sticks or dry fruit ( as per your taste). Eat with your dear once & enjoy 😋😋

Tip – Ghee, Dry fruit, Sugar can be varied as per your taste, happy cooking & enjoy culinary 😍👍

Paneer Mutter | Paneer Matar

  • 250 gms Paneer, cubed, shallow fried
  • 250 gms Matar/Green Peas frozen (make it normal in the warm water) if u take fresh Peas boil it for 10mins in water with pinch of salt & drain it.
  • 2 Tomatoes & 2 Onions Pure
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Fennel seeds powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Power
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 Tablespoon Fresh Cream or Curd whisked
  • 15 Cashews
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric powder

Recipe

Take a pan, put oil, make it hot & deep fry the Paneer till golden brown.
Take it out, in the same oil put all the Masala’s one by one, add Tomato Onion Pure saute & cook till the oil comes out. put fresh cream or curd ,saute it for 5 mins. put fried Paneer & Matar or Green Peas & a cup of water, put a lid, cook for 5 minutes on the slow flame, once done take out in the serving bowl garnish with coriander. Serving- hot & eat with your family & friends 😊😊

Ajwain Triangle Paratha

  • 2 Cup Wheat flour
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Carom seeds/ Ajwain/ Ova
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • Mix all the ingredients & add water ,make a soft dough. Make 8 Balls.

Recipe: Take one ball, roll it for 3″ put some oil, fold it in a triangle shape, Roll it in triangle shape till 6 to 7″,
Take a griddle, make it hot, put the Paratha, roast till golden brown to both the sides, add little Clarified butter or Pure Gree, serve hot with Subzi, Dal ,Pickle or Curd, enjoy eating 😊😊

Dal Tadka

Preparation & Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pigeon split Pulses, wash & boil it in a pressure cooker, take out 4 whistles & churn it till its well mixed
  • 1 Tomato cubed
  • 2 Green Chillies split
  • 1 Teaspoon Coarsely ground Ginger & Garlic each
  • 2 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander

Recipe

Tadka – Take a pot, add 1 Tablespoon oil, make it hot, add 2 Green chillies, add 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds & Cumin seeds, once it splutters, add a pinch of Asafoetida, 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi, 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder, add the boiling dal, 1 Teaspoon Sugar & Salt each & 1 Cup water. Give a nice boil, take out in a serving bowl, garish with Coriander & ready to eat 😋

Jeera Rice

Preparation & Ingredient

  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 2 Cup water
  • 1 Teaspoon Jeera & Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Ghee

Recipe

Take a pot, add ghee make it hot, put cumin, once it’s splutter add cooked rice & salt, saute for 3 mins. Take out in a serving plate, enjoy with your family.
