Green Capsicum with Gram Flour Vegetable/Simla Mirchi Besan Bhaji

Simla Michi Besan Bhaji

  • 2 Simla Mirchi chopped
  • 1 Cup Gram Flour/Besan
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt & sugar each
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera powder each
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder

Seasoning
2 spoon oil, 1 spoon Mustard seeds & Jeera each, a pinch of Asafoitida, 1/2 spoon Haldi

Recipe
Take a pan, heat it, make a tadka, add capsicum, fry for 5 mins, add gramflour & other ingredients, fry for 2 mins, put lid & cook on the slow flame for 3 mins, it’s ready to serve.

Moong Dal/Mugacha waran

Preparations & ingredients

  • 1 Cup cooked Moong Dal
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 Cup Coriander
  • 1 Teaspoon Jaggery
  • 1 Teaspoon Dhane Jeera powder

Seasoning

  • 1 spoon Oil
  • 5 Chopped Greens Chillies
  • 2 pinch Asawari/ Hing
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Fenugreek/ Methi che dane
  • 1 Teaspoon each Mustard & Cumin seeds

Recipe
Make a seasoning on a pot & add Dal / Waran, pour 4 Cups water, other ingredients, Boil it for 10min on the slow flame, ready to serve & garnish with Coriander & eat 😋😋
