Preparations & Ingredients
- 1 Cup Brown Chane, washed, overnight soak on water, next day put in a cloth & tie tight, next day you get good Sprouts, put in a pressure cooker with 1 Cup water, take out 4 whistles, keep it aside. Now it is 2 Cup sprouted Chane Boiled one.
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 large Tomato chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Coriander
- 2 Tablespoons Grated coconut
- 1 Teaspoon Jaggery
- 1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 Teaspoon salt each
- Put onions, Tomatoes & Green chilli in a mixer & coarsely ground. Keep it aside.
Recipe
Take a pan, put 1 Tablespoon oil, add 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds, Jeera 1 Teaspoon, 1 pinch of Asafoitida/ Hing, 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi, then put Boiled chane with 2 Cup water, add other all the ingredients & stir it , cover with lid on slow flame for 15mins, ready to serve & eat ππ

- 1 Cup cooked Masur Dal, boil it in a pressure cooker, take out 3 whistles. Keep it aside.
- 1 chopped Tomato
- 1/4 Cup Coriander
- 1 Tablespoon Jaggery
- 1 Tablespoon Tamrind paste
- 1 spoon Dhane Jeera powder
Seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Oil
- 1 pinch Asafoitida/ Hing
- 1/2 spoon Haldi
- 1/4 spoon Fenugreek/ Methi che dane
- 1 spoon each Mustard & Cumin seeds
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 spoon Red Chilli powder
Recipe
Make a seasoning in a pot & add Dal, pour 2 Cup water, other ingredients, Boil it for 10mins on the slow flame, ready to serve & garnish with Coriander & eat ππ
Thin buttermik
- 1 cup curd, churn it add
4 cups water - 1/2 Teaspoon Pink/Black salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coarse Ground rosted Cumin/ Jeera
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander chopped
- Mix all the ingredients & serve cold & slurp
Cut Cucumber & Carrot, Lemon wedges
