Cabbage Potato Vegetable

Preparations & ingredients

  • 2 Cup cabbage chopped
  • 1 Potato Thin Slices
  • 3 green chillies
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped Coriander

Seasoning
1 spoon oil, heat it in a pan, add 1 spoon each Mustered seeds, Jeera each
1 pinch of Asafoitida & 1/2 spoon Haldi
1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
Add vegetable & stir fry, cook for 5 mins, add salt & sugar, garnish with Coriander, ready to serve.

Bottle Gourd Avial

Bottle Gourd In Curds Vegetable/Lauki/Dudhi

  • 2 Cup Bottle Gourd, washed, peeled & cubed
    Boil it in a pressure cooker 2 whistles
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Suga

For Tampering

  • 1 Teaspoon oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Udad Dal/Split black gram
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds/Rai/Mohori
  • 1 pinch of Asafoetida/Hing
  • 3 green Chillies chopped
  • 6 Curry leaves/Kachin

Recipe
Make a Tampering in a small Kadhai.
Take boiled bottle gourd in a bowl, pour a tampering on that, add salt & sugar, add curd, fold it gently, garnish with chopped coriander & ready to serve.

Shengdana Ladoo

  • 1 Cup roasted peanuts powde
  • 1/2 Cup Jaggery
  • 2 Tablespoon Pure Ghee

Put all in a mixer & mix it well, take out in a plate & make 1″ size Ladoo.
