Dal Tadka
- Preparation & Ingredients
- 1 Cup Pigeon split Pulses, wash & boil it in a pressure cooker, take out 4 whistles & churn it till its well mixed
- 1 Tomato cubed
- 2 Green Chillies split
- 1 Teaspoon Coarsely ground Ginger & Garlic each
- 2 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander
Recipe
Tadka – Take a pot, add 1 Tablespoon oil, make it hot, add 2 Green chillies add 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds & Cumin seeds, once it splutters, add a pinch of Asafoetida, 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi, 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder, add the boiling dal, 1 Teaspoon Sugar & Salt each & 1 Cup water. Give a nice boil, take out in a serving bowl, garish with Coriander & ready to eat.
Sneak gourd Moond Dal Vegetable/Padwal Moong Dal Subzi
Prepare & Ingredients
Wash it 3 times Soak overnight 1 handfuls of Moong Dal
Cut snack gourds, clean it in a middle & boil it in water for 10 mins and draine it
Seasoning as always
2 spoons Grated coconut
2 Table spoons chopped Coriander
1 spoon salt
1 spoon Sugar
1/2 Lemon juice

Take a pan & heat a oil , put seasoning, add dal & Padwal bhaji , add other ingredients, cook it for 10 mins , pot coconut & coriander, ready to serve & eat

2 Chopped Onions
5 Green chillies chopped
1/4 Cup chopped Coriander
1/4 Cup each Ground nuts powder & Greated coconut
2 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 lemon juice
Phodni/Seasoning/Tadka
2 Teaspoon oil
1 Teaspoon Jeera
1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds
2 Pinch Asafoitida/ Hing
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Power
Make a seasoning in one small kadhai
Recipe
Take a large Bowl
Put all the ingredients one by one, Put seasoning, add lemon juice & other ingredients & fold it gently, garnish it with coriander , Coconut & serve , ready to eat.
