Mango Jam / Hapus Ambyacha Sakharamba
  • 3 Cup Alphanso Mango ripped, washed, peeled, cubed
  • 3 Cup sugar
  • 1 Cup water
  • Pinch of Saffron

Recipe

Take a pan, add sugar & water, make 2 string sugar syrup/ Chachni/2 Tari pak & add mango cubes, boil it for 5 minutes & ready to serve, take out make it cold & then eat, store it in a glass canister & refrigerate it. Enjoy eating.
