1 Cup Raw Mango (washed, make it dry, peeled & grated)
1 & 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
Mix it in a steel bowl & wrap it with cloth for 4 days keep as it is.
Then add 2 Teaspoons Kashmiri Red Chilli powder, 2 cloves, 1″ × 2 sticks Cinnamon, fold it gently, cover it for 3 hours in sunlight & mix well

Tampering with 1 Tablespoon oil, 1 pinch Asafoetida, 1 spoon coarsely ground Cumin seeds, 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder in the
pan, add the raw Mango mixture, make it hot, give a boil put salt, saute it, cook for 5 minutes on medium flame, ready to serve, make it cold & eat, save in a glass canister. Keep it in sunlight for 3 to 4 days ( optional) ready to eat.
