- 1 Kg raw Mangoes/Kairi, washed, dried & cubed
- 100gms Pickle Masala (you can get it from supermarkets)
- 2 Teaspoons Red Chilli powder
- 2 Teaspoon Mustard Dal
- 2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Jaggery (optional)
Mix all the above ingredients in a large flat pan or Parat (Dough kneading plate)
Seasoning
- 4 Tablespoons oil
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1/4 Teaspoon Asafoitida/Hing
- 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi

Make a season in Kadhai & pour on the Mango Masala Mixture, put it hot, so the flavour raises.
