- 1 Cup Rice, washed & soaked
- 1 Onion
- 2 Cardamom
- 3 Cloves
- 8 Black pepper
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 Teaspoon Jeera
- 2 Tablespoon Pure Ghee
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
Recipe
Take a pan, heat it, add ghee, put the above ingredients one by one, roast it. Put Onion & rice & saute it till transparent. Add salt, add 3 Cup water, put a lid, cook for 20mins, take out in serving plate, garnish it with Cashews & Raisins, serve hot, enjoy.
