Preparation & Ingredients
- 2 Cup Basmati Rice cooked
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Jaggery
- 2 Cup Thick coconut
- 1 Teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1/4 spoon Saffton
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Pure Ghee
- 1 Tablespoon Raisins
- 4 cloves
- 4 Cardamom
Recipe
Take a large pot, add pure ghee, make it hot, put cloves & Cardamom pods, let it splutter, add Coconut milk, Jaggery & sugar, saute it, add cooked rice, Cardamom powder, saffron with milk, Raisins, let it cook on the medium flame, till its well done. Serve & enjoy eating 😋
Tip 1: If u can’t make coconut milk, please put grated coconut in a same quantity.
Tip 2: It taste good on next day.
