- 1 cup Rice
- 1/2 Cup Moong Dal
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera powder each
- Coriander for Garnising
Seasoning
- 2 spoons Ghee
- 1 Teaspoon Jeera
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 pinch of Asafoitida
- 1/2 spoon Haldi
Recipe
Take a pan , make a seasoning, add Dal & Rice, salt saute for 5 mins. Add 4 cups water, cook on the slow flame, Khichadi is ready to eat, Garnish with Coriander & put some ghee while serving
