Rice & Yellow Moong Dal Khichadi
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1/2 Cup Moong Dal
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera powder each
  • Coriander for Garnising

Seasoning

  • 2 spoons Ghee
  • 1 Teaspoon Jeera
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 pinch of Asafoitida
  • 1/2 spoon Haldi

Recipe
Take a pan , make a seasoning, add Dal & Rice, salt saute for 5 mins. Add 4 cups water, cook on the slow flame, Khichadi is ready to eat, Garnish with Coriander & put some ghee while serving
