Saffron Rice

Preparation & Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked basmati rice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon saffron
  • 1 Teaspoon clarified butter
  • 1 Teaspoon butter

Take a pan, heat it, add oil & butter, put rice, saffron & salt. Toss it gently & once it takes saffron colour, serve it in a plate, ready to eat.
