Preparation & Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked basmati rice
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon saffron
- 1 Teaspoon clarified butter
- 1 Teaspoon butter
Take a pan, heat it, add oil & butter, put rice, saffron & salt. Toss it gently & once it takes saffron colour, serve it in a plate, ready to eat.
