Preparations & ingredients
- 2 Cup Sevai – put water 4 times of Sevai
- 1 Teaspoon oil
- Boil it in utensil, drain it & blanch it with cold water to get good texture. (Sevai galun gya wa gaar pani ota, chan hotat)
- 2 Onions chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1/2 Cup green peas
- 1/2 Cup each chopped Coriander & coconut grated
- 1 Teaspoon salt & sugar each
- 1/2 Lemon/Lime juice
Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds each
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Udad Dal
- 2 pinch Asafoitida/Hing
- 1/2 spoon Turmeric/Haldi
- 5 chopped greens chillies
- 12 Curry leaves
Recipe
Take a pan, pour a oil & make a seasoning, then add onion & fry for 2 min, put sevai & others ingredients & Vegetables one by one & stir it, cook it on slow gas for 5 mins & garnish it with Coriander & coconut, ready to serve & eat.
