Vegetable Pulao

1& 1/2 Cup cooked rice Basmati ( Take a large pot Add 8 Cup water & Washed Rice, boil it for 15 mins & strain it with a colander) spread it in a large plate make it cool , so it will be firm to make Pulao.

  • 1/4 Cup Cashews
  • 1 potato cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Mix Capsicum
  • 1 Tablespoon each carrot, green peas ,beans cubed
  • 2 Teaspoon Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon sugar

Heat oil in a pan, make a seasoning of 1 small spoon each Mustard seeds/Rae, Cumin seeds, pinch of Asafetida, 1 spoon each Turmeric powder & Red chill powder

2 spoons Pav Bhaji Masala

Add all the veggies one by one & toss it for 2 mins , cover it with lid & cook it for 5 mins , add a rice, salt , suger , 2 Teaspoon of Butter & toss it for 2 mins .

Garnish it with Coriander & ready to serve & eat.
