Preparation for Salad

1 Head of Iceberg lettuce cut into pieces
2 cucumber peeled & cubed
2 Tomatoes cubed
1 Carrot peeled & cubed
1 Cup Corn Kernels frozen or if you take a fresh one cook it & make it cool
2 Orange Wedges

Take a bowl & put all the ingredients below given, mix it well
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
1 Teaspoon Black salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black pepper
1 Teaspoon Chilliflex
1 Lemon / Lime juice ( Whichever available)
1/2 cup chopped coriander

Recipe

Take a large bowl, add all the above Vegetable & orange, pour the mixture, toss it gently, eat immediately fresh & healthy.

Tip
1. You may avoid Olive oil.
2. You may change Vegetables & fruits.
As per your choice, enjoy eating cold.
