Beetroot Cutlet

Ingredients:

  • 4 Boiled Potatos mashes
  • 1 Cup Green Peas
  • 1/2 Katori Corn Carnels
  • 1 Cup Grated Beet Root & Carrot raw ( each)
  • 1 &1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
  • 1 Table Spoon Ginger & Garlic grated mix
  • 6/8 green Chillies coarsely ground

Recipe – Mix all the ingredients & make a dough with 2 Table Spoon cornflour & take a small ball, roll it on breadcrumbs or semolina/rawa & deep fry
Enjoy eating with Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
