Cashews and Peas Upma
Cashews and peas upma is one of the favourite breakfast in India.
Preparations & ingredients
- 1 Cup Rawa Roasted
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 spoon Coriander chopped
- 2 spoon grated coconut
- 1/4 Cup Green peas
- 1/4 Cup Cashews
- 1 Tablespoon Roasted Peanuts
- 1 spoon Butter
- 1 spoon salt
- 1 spoon Sugar
- 1/2 Lemon juice
Seasoning
Take a Kadhai, make it hot & pour 2 spoon oil, add 1/2 spoon Udad dal, 1 spoon Mustard seeds, 1 pinch Asafoitida/Hing
Put Onion a fry, cook it for 2 mins, add Rawa & stir fry for 3 mins, put Green peas, add 3 Cups water & stir it. Add Salt & Sugar, cover it with lid & cook for 10 mins on slow flame, add Roasted Peanuts, Cashews, Lemon Juice, once it’s done, add butter go get good texture & taste, garnish with Coriander & coconut, serve hot & ready to eat
To make Plain Rawa upma add only following Ingridents:
