Preparations & ingredients
- 2 Cup Udad dal soaked overnight
- 1/2 spoon Black pepper
- 1 spoon salt
- 2 green chillies
- 1 spoon cumin seeds
- Mix all & ground it as fine paste, stir it for 5 mins, so the batter becomes lighter
- Oil for frying & water for soaking
Dahi
- 3 Cups Curd/ Dahi
- 1/2 spoon salt
- 2 spoon Sugar
- Sprinkle Red Chilli powder, Chat Masala, black pepper, dhana jeera powder as per you taste, add Tamarind Chutney & Green Chutney ( recipe given before)
Recipe
Fry wadas till golden brown, soak in water for 30 mins minimum, take out & squeeze it, put in a serving dish, add dahi & serve cold with chutneys & Masala’s, enjoy eating
