- 1 Cup Raw Rice
- 1 Cup Udid dal
- 1 Teaspoon Methi seeds/fenugreek seeds
- Soak overnight, grind it to a smooth paste
- Ferment for 6 hours

Take a griddle, spread small dosa of 4″, roast it at both the sides, top with butter & serve hot.
