Davangere Benne Dosa
  • Preparation & Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Raw Rice
  • 1 Cup Udid dal
  • 1 Teaspoon Methi seeds/fenugreek seeds
  • Soak overnight, grind it to a smooth paste
  • Ferment for 6 hours

Recipe
Take a griddle, spread small dosa of 4″, roast it at both the sides, top with butter & serve hot.
