Preparation & Ingredients
- 5 to 7 Dry Red Chillies
- 1/4 Cup Sesame seeds
- 1/2 Cup Chana Dal
- 1/2 Cup Udad Dal
- 8 to 10 curry leaves
- 1 Teaspoon Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Jeera
- A pinch of Asafoetida
1 Teaspoon Salt
Recipe – Take a pan, add oil heat it roast all the above ingredients one by one
Put in a a mixer, make a powder. Eat with Idly, Dosa, Vada with pure ghee, enjoy with your family & friends
