1/2 Vati Chopped Coriander
1/2 Vati Grated coconut
1/2 cup Sev
1/2 cup boondi
Or Farsan
1/4 cup Pomegranates
1/4 cup Fried peanuts
1/2 lemon juice

Take a pan, make it hot on a gas stove, put oil make it hot, put Green chillies, Mustard seeds, Jeera, Hing, Haldi, once the seasoning splitting Put Onions, Potatoes, saute it for 5 mins. Then put pohas saute it, give a steam again for 5 min. Add lemon juice & fold it gently once. Plate it & Garnish with coconut & coriander, Sev, Khari Boondi, Pomegranate Ready to serve hot & eat.
