Masala Egg Omlet
- 2 Egg white
- 1 Teaspoon Onion finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Tomato finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander finely chopped
- Pinch of Salt & Black pepper
- Pinch of Turmeric &
- Red Chilli powder
- 1 Teaspoon oil
Recipe
Take a pan heat it, put oil & grease it.
Tale a bowl, add egg & all other Ingredients one by one, whisk it till it becomes smooth, put the mixture on pan, fry till golden brown, take out in a plate, serve hot & enjoy with brown bread. Eat with your family & friends
