Masala Egg Omlet with brown bread is a Morning treat. It’s a wholesome Protein pack breakfast.

Masala Egg Omlet

  • 2 Egg white
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander finely chopped
  • Pinch of Salt & Black pepper
  • Pinch of Turmeric &
  • Red Chilli powder
  • 1 Teaspoon oil

Recipe
Take a pan heat it, put oil & grease it.
Tale a bowl, add egg & all other Ingredients one by one, whisk it till it becomes smooth, put the mixture on pan, fry till golden brown, take out in a plate, serve hot & enjoy with brown bread. Eat with your family & friends
