Preparations & ingredients
- 2 Cup Udad dal soaked overnight & wash thrice
- 1 Cup Yellow Moong Dal
- 1/2 spoon Black pepper
- 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 4 green chillies
- 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon cumin seeds
Mix all the ingredients & ground it with little water till it gets smooth & fluffy.
Take a small mixture & put it in water it should float. It’s perfect to fry.
Stir it for 5 mins, so the batter becomes lighter.
Recipe: take a pan, add oil, make it hot. Put lemon size balls of the mixture into the oil, fry till golden brown. Take out & put it in a cold water. Keep it for 30mins. Take out squeeze it in palms very gently. Keep it aside.
Dahi/Curd
- 4 Cups Curd/Dahi
- 1 1/4 Teaspoons black salt
- 3 Teaspoon Sugar
Mix it with whisk till smooth
Take a serving bowl, put Vadas, add sweet curd & Sprinkle Red Chilli powder, Chat Masala, black pepper, dhana jeera powder as per you taste, add Tamarind Chutney & Green Chutney (recipe given before)
Serve & eat, enjoy with your family & friends.
