Mix Dal’s Dahi Wada for dinner on last night
For my family & friends on the weekend. It’s a complete meal or a side dish. It’s wholesome & healthy, enjoy making & eating 😊🌹
Preparations & ingredients
- 2 Cup Udad dal soaked overnight
- 1 Cup Moong Dal
- 1/4 Cup Chana Dal
- 1/2 spoon Black pepper
- 1 spoon salt
- 2 green chillies
- 1 spoon cumin seeds
Mix all & ground it as fine paste, stir it for 5 mins, so the batter becomes lighter.
Oil for frying & water for soaking . After frying take a large utensil & plain water, soak the wadas for 20 to 30min. Take out & squeeze it gently. Keep it aside.
Dahi
- 4 Cups Curd/ Dahi
- 1/2 spoon salt
- 2 spoon Sugar
Sprinkle Red Chilli powder, Chat Masala, black pepper, dhana jeera powder as per you taste.
Recipe- fry wadas till golden brown, soak in water for 30 mins minimum, take out & squeeze it, put in a serving dish, add dahi & serve cold with above spices & enjoy eating 😊😊
