Preparation & Ingredients
- 1/2 kg All purpose flour/ Maida
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoon hot Oil ( Mohan)
- 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Ajwain/ Carom seeds
- Water as needed.
Recipe
Make a dough like Poori’s( tight )
Roll it like a chapati. Cut it with a Karanji / Gugra cutter into diamond shape.
Heat a oil in one pan, put namak paras & fry on medium flame till golden brown. Eat hot, enjoy with your family & friends
