Ingredients & Preparation
- 2 Cup All purpose flour/Maida
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin/Jeera
- 1 Teaspoon Ani seeds/Ajwain
- 1/4 Cup Hot Oil for kneading
- Water for kneading as required
Recipe – Take a Bowl & mix all the ingredients, add oil, mix well , let it cool, add water & kneed dough.
Make tight Dough like Poori’s
Make 6 Balls, roll one by one Cut lengthwise.
Frying– Take a kadhai, pour oil generously, make it hot, add thin strips & fry till golden brown. Take out in a paper towel in a plate. Let it cook & become crispy. Enjoy eating with Tea with your family & friends
