Home Made Puri ( You can also bring from Supermarket)

Preparations & ingredients

  • 1 cup Semolina/Thin Rawa
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour/Maida
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 cup water (as needed)

Mix well & make a soft dough. Keep it covered with wet cloth for 20 minutes, again knead it for 5 min till it becomes soft.

Recipe

Make small ball & make rounds with Rolling pin, Chakla belan, make 2″ Pooris. Or

Make 2 Big flat breads & with cookies cutter make Poori’s.

Take pan, put oil for frying. Make it hot , put 3/4 Poori’s ‘ fry it till golden brown, take it hot , make it cool to become crispy, eat with Chats ,enjoy 😋😋

Recipe for making Pani Puri’s Stuffing / Ragda

2 Cup Boiled Potatoes & mashed, add salt & Chat Masala 1 spoon, mix it well

Mix Sprouts- white peas, Moong soaked overnight & take out a sprouts next day & cook it, take out 4 whistles, add 1 spoon salt, Chat Masala & fold it gently.

Spicy Pani Recipe

Preparations & ingredients

  • 4 spoons Pani Puri Masala from Supermarkets
  • 1 spoon black salt
  • 4 green chillies Paste
  • 1 spoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 spoon Roasted Jeera powder/Cumin Powder

Recipe

Take a large Bowl add all the ingredients & 2 liter water mix well, serve cold.

Take Puri break it add stuffing, add, sweet chutney & Spicy Masala water & enjoy eating 😄😄
