- 2 Cup Poha, washed & drained in a strainer
- 2 spoons oil
- 1 spoon mustered seeds
- 1 spoon Jeera
- 2 pinch of Asafoetida/ Hing
- 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder/ Haldi
- 5/6 Green chillies
- 2 Chopped Onions
- 2 Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Chopped Potatoes
- 1/3 Cup Green peas
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Coriander
- 1/2 Lemon juice
Recipe
Take a pan, make it hot on gas stove, put oil make it hot, put green chillies, mustard seeds, jeera, hing, haldi, once the seasoning splitting put onions, potatoes & tomatoes, green peas & saute it for 5 mins. Then put poha, sugar & salt, lemon juice & saute it for 2/3 mins.
Plate it & garnish with coriander. Ready to serve & eat.
