Preparation & Ingredients
- 1 Cup Leftover Dahi pohe
- 1 Cup Besan
- 4 Green chillies
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Jeera/Cumin
- 1 Chopped Onions
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Coriander
- 1 Cup water
Recipe
Put all the above ingredients in a mixer, make thick batter like dosa, add Onions, Tomato & Coriander into it, fold it gently. Keep it for 5 mins
Take a griddle, coat it with few drops of oil, switch on the gas, put a large spoon batter & sprad it clockwise, till 8 to 9″, cover it with the lid, cook it for 3 mins on medium gas flame, flip it, it should turn golden brown for both the sides.
Take out in a plate & serve with Chutney or Ketchup. Enjoy eating.
This is served with coconut chutney & Tomato Ketchup
Tip : If the taste is sour you can add 1 Teaspoon Sugar, it will taste better
