Preparation & Ingredients

  • 2 Cup thick Poha, put it in mixer & make a power
  • 1 & 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Asafoitida
  • 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon Papad khar
  • 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Recipe
Take a pan, heat it add water, Asafoitida, Papad khar, Red Chilli powder & salt, make it to boil. Keep it aside.
Take a large bowl or plate, put poha powder, add the above liquid, mix it well with hand, kneed it till like soft Chapati atta.
Make small balls, roll it to flat like small phulkas. Sun dry it for 3 to 4 days, store it on a air tight container, fry or roast as needed, enjoy eating crispy Poha papad
