Potato Pakoras/Carom Leaves Pakoras

𝐴𝑙𝑠𝑜 𝑐𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑑 𝐵𝑎𝑡𝑎𝑡𝑎 𝐵ℎ𝑎𝑗𝑗𝑖/ 𝑂𝑣𝑎 𝐵ℎ𝑎𝑗𝑗𝑖/ 𝐴𝑗𝑤𝑎𝑖𝑛 𝑃𝑎𝑡𝑡𝑖 𝑃𝑎𝑘𝑜𝑟𝑎/𝐴𝑙𝑜𝑜 𝑃𝑎𝑘𝑜𝑟𝑎

Preparations & ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes washed & peeled, make slices & put in water so that it won’t turn rustic.
  • 15 Carom leaves washed/Ajwain Patti
  • 2 cup Gram Flour/Besan
  • 1 &1/2spoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Asafetida/Hing
  • 1/2 Teaspoon spoon Turmeric powder/Halad
  • 3 Teaspoons Red Chilli powder/Tikhat
  • 1 spoon Cumin/Jeera & coriander ground/Kothimbir
  • 1/2 spoon Fruit salt/Eno
  • 1 Tablespoons hot oil/Mohan

Recipe

Take a utensil, add all the above ingredients, put 1 cup water, mix it well smooth paste, put potato slices in the mixture.

Take a Kadhai, Add oil, Now take dipped potato slices and dipped carom leaves one by one & put in a hot oil Kadhai, fry till golden brown to both the sides & take it out on paper towel, so oil will get absorbed. Serve with Pav.
