Preparations & ingredients
- 2 Cups Amaranth Flour/Rajgira Pith
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Cumin/Jeera
- 2 Tableteaspoons Ground nuts powder
- 2 Potatoes peeled & grated
- 1/2 cup chopped Coriander
- Water if needed
- Mix all the ingredients & make dough, like Chapati
Recipe:
Take a griddle/ Tawa, apply ghee on the whole surface, take one big ball of Dough, pat it on tawa & make it around 8″, make holes on in put some Ghee, cover it & start a flame, turn it once it’s golden brown, once both the sides are done, take it on a plate, serve with Coriander Chutney & Curd, enjoy.
