Preparations & ingredients

  • 2 Cups Amaranth Flour/Rajgira Pith
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin/Jeera
  • 2 Tableteaspoons Ground nuts powder
  • 2 Potatoes peeled & grated
  • 1/2 cup chopped Coriander
  • Water if needed
  • Mix all the ingredients & make dough, like Chapati

Recipe:

Take a griddle/ Tawa, apply ghee on the whole surface, take one big ball of Dough, pat it on tawa & make it around 8″, make holes on in put some Ghee, cover it & start a flame, turn it once it’s golden brown, once both the sides are done, take it on a plate, serve with Coriander Chutney & Curd, enjoy.
