Rawa Besan Ladoo

Indian delicacy of Mithai is Rawa Besan Ladoo / Semolina Gram flour Ladoo

Preparation & ingredients

  • 2 Cup Semolina/Rawa
  • 2 Cup Gram flour/Besan
  • 4 Tablespoon Clarified Butter/Pure Ghee
  • 3 Cup Sugar powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cardamom/Elaichi powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Saffron
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe
Take a pan heat it, add 2 Tablespoon Ghee, put Besan & saute very fast for 5 mins on high flame & the medium flame for further 5 minutes.
Once it’s turned golden brown, take it out on a plate, same process you do for Rawa. Once both are roasted, mix it together on the slow flame & saute it, add cardamom powder, saffron & sugar powder & saute very well. Take out in a large plate. Make it warm. Make 1 & 1/2 ” Ladoos, enjoy eating.
