Indian delicacy of Mithai is Rawa Besan Ladoo / Semolina Gram flour Ladoo
Preparation & ingredients
- 2 Cup Semolina/Rawa
- 2 Cup Gram flour/Besan
- 4 Tablespoon Clarified Butter/Pure Ghee
- 3 Cup Sugar powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cardamom/Elaichi powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Saffron
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
Take a pan heat it, add 2 Tablespoon Ghee, put Besan & saute very fast for 5 mins on high flame & the medium flame for further 5 minutes.
Once it’s turned golden brown, take it out on a plate, same process you do for Rawa. Once both are roasted, mix it together on the slow flame & saute it, add cardamom powder, saffron & sugar powder & saute very well. Take out in a large plate. Make it warm. Make 1 & 1/2 ” Ladoos, enjoy eating.
