Preparation & Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rawa/Semolina
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup water
Mix all the above ingredients & keep it overnight or 2 to 4 hours.
Next morning, mix well with 1 Tablespoons cashews broken 1/4 cup chopped coriander & few 4/5 curry leaves, fold it gently with 1 Teaspoon Fruit salt, rest it for 5 mins.
Take Idli moulds, grease it with oil, put 1 spoon of Idli Batter, put it in Idli pot or a pressure cooker without whistle. Cook it on a medium flame for 15 minutes. Take it out, after 2/3 minutes take out with knife to come out very easy, serve hot with Chutney’s & enjoy eating
Ready to serve.
