Rawa Uttapam/Doddak

Preparation & Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Semolina/ Rawa
  • 1 Cup Curd/Dahi
  • 1&1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • Mix it well, add 1 cup water & keep it soaking overnight
  • Add 2 Chopped onions
  • 2 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander/Kothimbir
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger, Garlic & Green Chillies coarsely ground
  • Put all the vegetables in the Rawa batter, fold it gently. Keep it for 5 mins.

Recipe

Take a griddle/Tawa, heat it, apply little oil coating, put one spoon batter & spread it circular, 6″ approximately. Put a lid, make it golden brown, flip it a make it golden brown on the medium flame.

Take it on the serving plate. Serve it with Chutney’s or Tomato Ketchup.
