Preparation & Ingredients
- 2 Cup Semolina/ Rawa
- 1 Cup Curd/Dahi
- 1&1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- Mix it well, add 1 cup water & keep it soaking overnight
- Add 2 Chopped onions
- 2 Chopped Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander/Kothimbir
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger, Garlic & Green Chillies coarsely ground
- Put all the vegetables in the Rawa batter, fold it gently. Keep it for 5 mins.
Recipe
Take a griddle/Tawa, heat it, apply little oil coating, put one spoon batter & spread it circular, 6″ approximately. Put a lid, make it golden brown, flip it a make it golden brown on the medium flame.
Take it on the serving plate. Serve it with Chutney’s or Tomato Ketchup.
