Snack Poori’s

Preparation & Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Moong Dal washed & soak in water for 2 hours
  • 1 Cup Rice flour
  • 4 to 5 green chillies ground
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin
  • A Pinch of Black Pepper
  • Oil for frying as needed

Recipe

Take a bowl, add Rice flour & Moong dal, add all the above ingredients, add 1 Tablespoon hot oil, put water as needed to make tight dough. Make 2 balls , roll it like thick chapati. With cookies cutter make 20 to 25 Poori’s & deep fry it on slow medium flame. Make it cook. Enjoy eating with Tea or snacks with other food with your family & friends
