Spicy Asian Pancakes

Preparation & Ingredients

  • 450 ml milk room temperature
  • 250 gms All purpose floor
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Spring onions chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1 carrot greated
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped Chives or Mint
  • 1/2 Red Bell chopped
    Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black pepper

Dip as a sider

Take a bowl

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of Black paper
  • 1 Teaspoon coarsely ground Mustard
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • 1/3 Teaspoon grated Ginger

Mix it well & ready to serve. Enjoy with your family & friends
