Preparation for Upma
1 Cup Rawa Roasted / Samolina roasted
2 onions chopped
2 spoon Coriander chopped
2 spoon grated coconut
1 spoon Butter
1 spoon salt
1 spoon Sugar
Seasoning
Take a Kadhai, make it hot & pour 2 spoon oil, add 1/2 spoon Udad dal, 1 spoon Mustard seeds, 1 pinch Asafoetida/ Hing , add rawa & saute for 5 minutes on a slow flame.
Recipe
Put Onion a fry, cook it for 2 mins, add tomatoes, 3 Cups water & stir it. Add salt & sugar, cover it with lid & cook for 10 mins on a slow flame, once it’s done, add butter go get good texture & taste, garnish with Coriander & coconut, serve hot & ready to eat.
