4 Boiled Potatoes mashed

1 Cup Green Peas

1/2 Cup Corn Kernels

1 Cup Grated Beet Root & Carrot raw ( each)

1 &1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Tea Spoon Chat Masala

1 Table Spoon Ginger & Garlic grated mix

6/8 green Chillies coarsely ground

Recipe

Mix all the ingredients & make dough with 1 Tablespoon cornflour & take a small ball & make round shape cutlets on palm, roll it on breadcrumbs or rawa & deep fry. Enjoy eating with Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
