- 1 pack of Maggie Noddles, boiling & drained
- 2 Tablespoon cornflour
- 1 Cup water mixture
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- Vegetables below Chopped
- 5/6 Beans
- 2 stalks Spring Onions
- 1 Carrots
- 1 Cup Cabbage
- 1 Green capsicum
- 1 Cup Corn kernels
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Chilliflex
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black pepper coarsely ground
- 1/4 Teaspoon Tabasco
- 2 Tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Soya dark sauce
Recipe
Take a pan add oil, make it hot, put all the Veggies one by one saute for 5 mins. Add all the above ingredients, saute for a minute, add salt & sugar, last is cornflour mixture, add 4 Cups water, boil it till the soup is transparent. Add noddles & serve in Bowl hot
